Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assist in PR activities including drafting press releases, media pitches, and compiling media lists.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms and engage with our online community.
- Manage social media scheduling and ensure consistent brand presence.
- Monitor brand mentions and online reputation to maintain a positive image.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Update and maintain marketing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze marketing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the PR and marketing team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or final year of study) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Experience with graphic design software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
