HR Administrator Job Description
The HR Administrator will report directly to the HR Leader and will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including but not limited to maintaining personnel records, managing employee benefits, and facilitating recruitment processes. Key responsibilities encompass ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering recruitment activities, and providing ongoing support for HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining up-to-date personnel files
- Overseeing employee benefits programs
- Collaborating with the HR Leader to ensure adherence to relevant labor regulations
- Managing administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with employment contracts, changes, terminations, and work permit applications
- Maintaining open communication with staff regarding HR matters
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Diploma or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in administration or HR roles, preferably with exposure to management systems
- Knowledge of local employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A clean police conduct certificate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
